Hi Jenny,

I was able to pull a Sage usage report from HighWire earlier today without any problems.

I contacted HighWire support last week to report a problem I encountered with our administrative account when trying to update link resolver configurations and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve consistently experienced poor support from HighWire over the past few years and its very frustrating.

Overall, I find their platform to be frequently unreliable and slow. It’s surprising that such a large platform for many significant publishers can continue to have so many technical glitches.

Is anyone else having a problem accessing their statistics from Highwire? I have submitted a couple of requests for help on their technical support form, but have received no response.   I pulled stats in February but not since then, so I am not sure how long they have been inaccessible (to us at least).   Thank you in advance for any information.
Sincerely
Jenny
