Hello,

We use Ebsco for our print and many of our online journal subscriptions and we are very satisfied with their services.  We do EDI invoicing with them and that works very well, and they’re helping us get set up in our new library system, ALMA.

The library switched from another vendor a few years before I started, so I can’t really speak about that experience.

Subject: [SERIALST] print subscription service

Hello,

Would you share with me what print subscription service you are using for your institution and how you would rate their services on renewals and invoicing? Have you ever made a switch from one service to another? We have 10,000 subscriptions and 41 accounts in print, as a reference for size.

Thank you,

Robin
