You are correct- this photograph was included in the v.194:12 (Dec 2004) Vogue issue. This photo was included as a part of an article in that issue.

I have a picture of Cate Blanchett that was taken by Annie Leibovitz that I believe appeared in the December 2004 issue of Vogue.  The picture is in black and white, and Blanchett is on a bicycle, and is not a cover picture.  Is anyone able to check that issue to confirm that my information is correct?  Also, was this illustrating an article or  part of a photo shoot?  Thank you very much.
