I just tried and am unable to even generate a report. Nothing generates on screen and I tried emailing myself one but nothing has arrived (it’s been over 2 hours). Something must be up with their site.

I cannot generate SAGE usage reports. I have tried HTML and emailing them via Excel. All reports are empty. I contacted SAGE yesterday and have not received a reply. Is anyone else having problems?
