Do they offer pre-paid shipping labels?  We send to Absolute now.

My EBSCO rep told me I could send submissions for the missing copy bank to her attention at EBSCO (to the address in her signature).

Veronica, are you referring to EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank?  If so, you can call the Birmingham, AL office at the toll-free number and get the instructions that you need (800-633-4604).

There’s an FAQ for EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank (see link below), but it doesn’t include how to SEND journal issues to them.

FAQ found here:  https://help.ebsco.com/interfaces/EBSCONET/ENET_FAQs/What_is_the_EBSCO_Missing_Copy_Bank

If you’re asking about another Missing Copy Bank, please name which one you need information for.

Good Morning,

I am looking for any information on how to send a box of periodicals to the Missing Copy Bank. I had instructions at one time, but I cannot seem to find them. I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Thank you,
