This is what my Ebsco rep emailed me when I asked about the numbering problems with Time Magazine.   I hope this will help you.  (see email from Ebsco rep below)

Barbara:

I have telephoned the publisher of “TIME” (LEABT38385 / C1758264 10) today, on your behalf.

Please disregard the information, on the #2700, 2701, etc.  Apparently, I was misinformed by the previous representative.  Please accept my apologies.

As per my telephone conversation today with the publisher’s office:

            Volume 188, #25/#26 = December 26, 2016 – January 2, 2017

            January 9, 2017 – nothing published.

            January 16, 2017 issue was mis-numbered as Volume 189, #3 (2017).  It should have been #1 (2017).

            January 23, 2017 issue was mis-numbered as Volume 189, #4 (2017).  It should have been #2 (2017)

            January 30, 2017 issue was correctly numbered as Volume 189, #3 (2017)

I’m still working on getting EBSCONET updated, regarding these issues.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Has anyone noticed the numbering pattern on print issues of Time magazine Jan/Feb 2017 issues?

01/16/17 -- v.189 #3

01/23/17 -- v.189 #4

01/30/17 -- v.189 #3

02/06/17 -- v.189 #4
