Best check with T&F to see if there is some maintenance going on. We did receive reports for March. I’m getting a similar story on 360 COUNTER today: "There was an error processing the request.\",\"StackTrace\":\"\",\"ExceptionType\":\"\"}","status":401,"statusText":"Unauthorized"};
textStatus: error; errorThrown: Unauthorized”

Hello all,
I'm trying to set up SUSHI retrieval of stats via Alma and when I enter our details for Taylor and Francis, I keep getting the message:
Connection failed:Service Busy Note: It is recommended to set the status to Inactive.
For all the report types. Does anyone know what this message means? Should I try again later or is it that my details are wrong?
