·         Measures to replace older ILL management systems

·         The management of Purchase on Demand systems and their relationship with ILL

·         Outreach to ILL end users and how feedback from them informs acquisitions decisions

·         Emerging programs to increase the sharing of and use of special collections through strategic use of special ILL measures for special collections

·         Management of ILL consortia

·         Management of copyright and publisher licensing restrictions

·         And much more
