National Media Market & Conference is a unique annual event dedicated to audiovisual content for librarians and other media professionals. Multiple scholarships are available to cover conference registration. Please see descriptions and application info below.

 

Alexander Street scholarships: 

Alexander Street, a ProQuest company, has generously sponsored registration funding for up to 10 attendees to this year's National Media Market, Oct. 7-11 in Indianapolis. Funding for each recipient of this grant will cover the $250 registration fee. Funds are administered by the National Media Market and Conference, on the basis of applicant suitability, demonstrated need, and order received. Preference will also be given to local applicants. Once all registration funding has been awarded, this application will be closed.  

 

As of 5/16/2018, five of the ten registration scholarships described below have been awarded to the following people:

FMG Scholarship:

 

Films Media Group, an Infobase Company, has generously provided a sponsorship grant to fund registration costs for up to 4 librarians from community colleges. 

Funding for each recipient will cover the $250 registration fee. Funds are administered by the National Media Market and Conference, on the basis of applicant suitability, demonstrated need, and order received. Preference will also be given to local applicants. Once all registration funding has been awarded, this application will be closed.
