As of April, NA Publishing had restructured and was planning to start production again at some point. I have included parts of our correspondence which may be helpful.

From 4/8/18:

While the new fulfillment process has taken longer than we ever thought it would take to become operational, we have captured most of the images needed to create the deliverables due you. We are well down that path to being fully operational but need the duplication, development and fulfillment processes in place to catch up, which is our intention.

From 5/9/18:

We are having trouble closing on the arrangement to have a third party produce our open orders. We have expanded our inquiries to a couple other firms but expect this will take a couple months to sort out.

As for your refund, we currently lack the funds needed to pay that and need more time to work through our current financial difficulties. I hope to have more positive news in the next 60 - 90 days.

I reached out to Joe for another update this week. The email was returned as undeliverable. The teeny bit of hope, that we would receive either the microfiche or the money owed us, died.

Sorry I don’t have better news.

We had several open orders with NA and hadn't heard anything from them in over a year. We were able to reach someone there who said that for some of our subscriptions, NA was no longer able to provide the microfilm. They issued us a credit for the titles we'd paid for but didn't receive. Let me know if you want that person's contact info and I can dig it out for you.
