We are a small liberal arts college of ~2,060 undergrads and a handful of grad students. We use EBSCO for about ~420 subscriptions and are happy with the service.

Hi, I work at a medium sized public library system and we are looking at different serials vendors./jobbers. My question is, what have other institution's experiences been with WT Cox over the past few years, if you use them as a serials vendor?  We are also looking at other vendors, including Revistas and Popular Subscriptions as well.
