Currently, our library is planning to 'quarantine' print material for 3-4 days (on the current assumption that porous surfaces may be contaminated for 72 hours).

Subject: [SERIALST] Quarantine of Current Periodicals after they have been returned or used by Students, Faculty or Staff

Was trying to get an idea on how long we should quarantine print periodicals that are used or returned by students. Faculty or staff. Our entire periodicals collection is going to be closed so it will be request only. It would be very helpful to find out what others are doing.  Thanks in advance
