Event Summary
Over the course of two half day sessions 14 speakers look at the challenges that we've faced this year: not just the wholescale pivot to the new
pandemic "normal" but also details that have been brought to the fore such as the pricing of both serials and eBooks as teaching has gone online and all students need access digitally. The conference is wrapped up by Masud Khokar looking at what leadership
looks like during the crisis.
