We also did not receive the 'Background Notes' for a while.  In fact, I
phoned them to make sure they hadn't lost our renewal somewhere but, no,
they just hadn't published them for that long.  We get 'State' magazine
and
it's publication was behind as well.

Probably if you called them, they would be able to tell you which
country
was 1998 #27.  The phone # I have for them is: 202-512-1800

I don't know if this is common, but a brief look at what we have vs.
what's
on the website tells me that we have a few that are *very* out of date.
I
will have to look into this more when I get a chance.
