I can't absolutely confirm or deny, but our receipt of BW is just as yours;
November 15 is V. 118 #1683 and December 15 is V. 118 #1685.

Can anyone confirm (or deny) whether there was an actual v. 118, no. 1684,
1999 (probably Nov.) of: Beverage World (ISSN 0098-2318)?  I am inclined
to think that Beverage World's Databank 2000 is meant to be that issue
(even though I can't find anything that says so), but I want to be sure
that someone didn't actually get a real, live no. 1684 that wasn't the
Databank issue.
