Can someone help me with this question?

Does Ulrich's Periodical Index list editors too?  I can't remember.  If they
don't, do you know of a resource that does?

I have a faculty member who is looking for a resource that lists periodicals
by subject, etc. but that also lists the editors.  She is getting ready to
submit some articles for publication and wants to send to their attention.
