We subscribe to Trends in Cardiovascular Medicine. LIbrary Edition. The
December 1999 issue just came yesterday. On our vendors invoice it
states that
the journal is running behind. It also states that if an issue isn't
claimed
within 6 months they will not replace it but will let you purchase a
replacement. So 2001 is coming up and we finally got the last of 1999
and have
none of 2000 because it has not been published???? We have claimed 2000.
Wonder what the within 6 months refers to--1999?? Jan 2000?

It seems like more journals take our money and then they run behind. Yet
if we
don't claim on their schedule they want us to pay for a replacement. I
am
making a list to consider cancelling.
