For anyone interested, I queried the editor (Jeff Harkins, U of Idaho)
regarding the status of "Accounting Educators' Journal" and received the
following reply:

Hi Bill,

Thanks for writing.  We are converting to an electronic format.  We are
somewhat behind (lots of reasons), but we are working to catch up.  Our
plan is to release Vol 11 and 12 in hard cover and covert to all
electronic
with Vol 13 (2001).  The electronic version will be available at no
cost.
