I have just done a check on one of our Elsevier titles that we get
through
Econbase - no changes. I do note that there appears to be 2 access
points.
One for Econbase and another for Science Direct. Because I haven't
registered with Science Direct I don't get access.

Hi, I'm the Serials Librarian at the University of New Orleans. At
one while we were able to access a number of EconBase titles through
Elsevier. It appears that now, however, Elsevier has changed the way to
access its EconBase journals. All of the EconBase titles are now
accessed through Science Direct, which is of course an extra cost
package. Now the only full text access we have is to the last year of
all of the EconBase titles, rather than access to the full text archives
of the titles we subscribed to . Anyone else experiencing this change?
Thanks.
