The AIA (American Institute of Architects) produces a CD that contains
templates of construction and architectural contracts, but it has been
one
big headache trying to use it.  The IT people and I have had long
discussions with the people at the AIA headquarters in DC, to no avail.

I am interested in finding out if anyone knows of an electronic
alternative
to the AIA documents CD version 3.0   This alternative must contain
licensed
AIA documents that can be modified and printed.  I would also appreciate
any
imput from libraries who currently use the AIA version 3.0; how it works
for
them, if they have more than one license, etc.
