Subject: Emerald subscribers

Hi!

Is there anyone out there who subscribes to the Emerald journals online that
has had access problems since they implemented their new interface? We've
been running into some problems - urls not working, titles dropped from our
subscription list - and I was wondering if this was common or specific to
just us.
