Dear Colleagues

 My name is Marilyn Gane, and I'm new to this list.  I'm currently head of
the Periodicals Department at Andrews University - a small private
university in SW Michigan, USA.

 We are currently in the process of reviewing our policy and procedures
for dealing with the myriad of CD's which now seem to accompany many of
the periodicals we subscribe to and I want to know what others of you do?
 do you catalog them all, or selected CD's such as conference proceedings,
indexes/abstracts/full text of the periodical itself?
 do you discard them?
 do you keep them with the journals? etc etc

 If any of you have policies in regard to this that you would be willing
