We have been claiming issues 70-72 of Market Research Abstracts for a long
time. We have learned that it is only available online which explains why
we haven't received any issues lately. Our subscription agent did not
alert us to this format change, nor did they ask if we wanted to continue
with the new format. The publisher says they sent out a letter in Nov.
1999 telling subscribers about the change in format and providing
instructions for access. To those who subscribe(d) to Market Research
Abstracts, did you catch this format change? Are you using the electronic
version? Have you canceled the subscription? If not, are you still paying
for what you think is the print version?

I ask because we have paid for one year (2000) of electronic access we
didn't realize we had and the publisher won't refund the money because
they sent us a letter about how to access it sometime in Nov. 1999.
