Rosie is the second magazine that I have come across that has the USPS
number where the ISSN number is often found on the masthead. What exactly
are the uses of the USPS number?

Regarding Rosie...
There is an OCLC record for Rosie, but it contains an error.
The 362 field says vol. 1, no. 1, but the magazine says vol. 128, no. 7.
Also, the magazine says "Incorporating McCall's."
This information comes from the first issue called Rosie, May 2001.

The OCLC # is 46604252

Maybe somebody out there could make the correction?

One more thing. The 780 field includes the ISSN for McCall's, but when I
searched by ISSN, Rosie didn't come up.

Thanks,
Hallie

Forgive me, but this sounds like the perfect title for a Librarian's Own
"Nancy Drew" mystery ...... (or am I just getting tired of 12-hour
days?.....) --Kathleen
