1. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the service provided by Centrobe /
Neodata _1__ (10 being "Superb", and 1 being "This company gives me
headache after headache after headache, year after year after year").

2. (If any,) The difficulties this company creates for me have to do with
___ renewals (as, for example, cashing checks but not actually processing
renewals for weeks or even months on end, with the result that, in the
case of one title or another, I am left at the beginning of the year
without issue after issue).
___ claims
_X__ both of the above (as in "Claims necessitated by the failure to
process").
___ other

3. I _X__ do / ___ do not bind the titles in question.

MORE COMMENTS AT THE BOTTOM

1. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the service provided by Centrobe /
Neodata _-3__ (10 being "Superb", and 1 being "This company gives me
headache after headache after headache, year after year after year").

2. (If any,) The difficulties this company creates for me have to do with
_X__ renewals (as, for example, cashing checks but not actually
processing renewals for weeks or even months on end, with the result
that, in the case of one title or another, I am left at the beginning of
the year without issue after issue).
        _X__ claims
_X__ both of the above (as in "Claims necessitated by the failure to
process").
_X__ other Migraines. Seriously, lots of my time wasted on claims
that-IF THEY DID THEIR JOBS-I wouldn't have to do.

3. I ___ do / _X__ do not bind the titles in question. Thank goodness or I
would be screaming at them. They handle more than just 'casual reading.'
They also handle Nursing serials (RN, AJN, etc). This explains why many
nursing serials have to be claimed.

I forwarded many of the comments to my vendor reps and received some
interesting replies. One person who will remain anonymous refuses to deal
with Centrobe, they go direct to the publisher. Most publishers have small
in-house customer service departments. This rep calls there and say that
they've called Centrobe and they don't have a clue what's going on. It's
easily believed because they rarely do. The employees at Centrobe appear to
have an IQ range of 0 to maybe 50.
My claim theories were confirmed-they DO throw away all first claims and
many second claims!!!!

My rep said to tell everyone to keep complaining to their vendor reps and
ask them to pass it along to the publishers. The only way service will be
changed is if the publishers change their fulfillment services.
