Steve's point, that this business of title proper vs. other title info. is
in AACR2, is well taken.  I thought of saying so, too, but that would not
have settled it enough in some people's minds.  CONSER, whether we like it
or not, is the last word in the serials cataloging world. I've worked in
some very esoteric special libraries, and the kind of quibbling over
minutiae that annoys so many serials catalogers was definitely a boon to
me.  The CONSER cataloging manual is full of so many interesting examples.
Aw, hell, I just like it :-)
