Are you making a list with title and volume info as you go? In the past, our bindery created the tickets, and we pulled from the tickets filling in information as we pulled. I usually do a full book truck at a time, maybe 15 or 25 titles at once. 2.Sort into order checking for missing issues, check for index, remove usage stats sheet from back cover, elasticize. I sometimes have assistance from clerk or student assistant on this part. If it is not a complete volume I set it aside to troubleshoot as a separate chore. 3.Search title in LARS, input data, print binding ticket, check accuracy on binding ticket and match to volume in hand, attach binding ticket to elasticized volume, pack. 4. When shipment is completed process disk and pack in box. Print Circulation Report and place in the front of the Journal Holdings Binder. 5. Create P.O. for current shipment using printed Job Report.
