Jeanette is right!  It is amazing the information you can garner from
other libraries when you have questions about the receipt of journal
issues.  I have been presently using the date when journals are
predicted to arrive (from other libraries with similar collections as
mine)to refine my library's expectant issue dates, which aids in
claiming schedules.
