Over the years USD has had occasion to wonder why we weren't getting some
issues of this title.  After some degree of detective work the publisher has
agreed to list on their web site each issue of the journal that is what they
call a "Product Review" issue (we do not bind these and sometimes don't even
receive them).

Thought that others might be interested in this information.
