This is actually a monograph cataloging issue, so please disregard earlier
message.  Do yourself a favor next time and indicate as such, since people on
this list are going to assume this is a serials cataloging issue.

The reason that the title doesn't match t.p. is that this DLC record was
produced under the CIP program, using pre-pub galleys.  Contact OCLC on how
to proceed.  I believe there are now ways to report errors via the Internet.
