All,

Beginning last Friday, I have received various messages
announcing the approval of NISO Z39.85, Dublin Core Metadata, and
the availability of the standard at http://www.techstreet.com

However, the standard is not yet mounted on this site.  I
contacted NISO and was told the standard should be available from
techstreet in 48 hours.
