Hi Dani

At Brooklyn Public Library all of our branches, except the Business Library,
circulate periodicals. Each branch makes its own decision as to which titles
will circulate. As a rule of thumb, popular consumer magazines circulate;
newspapers, titles that are bound, or titles with more "reference" potential
such as Consumer Reports will not. The limits as to number and borrowing
period are the same as for monographs.
