Subject: The publisher with the powder

In our case, the publisher in question is Johns Hopkins UP.

The specific title was Shakespeare Quarterly.

Let me repeat--this is the first time that the powder has been
noticeable.  I'm sure that many other publishers use press powder, we just
never see it.
