Subject: HBR - some success!

The beginning of this thread dates back to Friday, Dec. 7th.  I had talked
to someone at Neodata, then used the website email subscriber service
connection to make my case, along with posting my frustrations here.  I got
the usual automatic response to my email immediately, saying that I would
receive a "real" response within 2-3 working days.

I heard nothing until today.  But today I hit a jackpot :)

Here's me, Jeanette again:  I've been promised issues
before, and they've not shown up (not HBR particularly,
but generally speaking) so I'll count my issues when they
show up, but still, I think this speaks to Not Giving Up.

My hunch is very strong the emails to the Circulation
Coordinator at HBR, Elizabeth Sottile (I had cc'd her
on one of my emails here, and also gotten into
a discussion with her on the various subscription cards
inserted into HBR, and the dates of the issues they were
inserted in - I also threw in some points about their
mission statement ;)!) - anyway, I would bet she has
something to do with this.

Meanwhile, I've already written, snail mail, to the Circulation
Fulfillment Manager (Ms. Sottile's boss, methinks) and cc'd
the Editor.

Thanks for all the input and support here; I will definitely
keep you posted!
