A colleague and I are interested in compiling a list of vendors,
publishers, etc. who can provide tables-of-contents to
users/subscribers via "push" technology.

We are really interested in those able to "push" or send this
information to users without initial action on the part of the user
(that is, without initial action other than registering or subscribing).

Please forward any providers you are aware of directly to the following
e-mail addresses, and if there is interest we will summarize our
findings for the list.
