Marcia, I would also like to join in congratulating you.
Your newsletter played in key role in validating the concept of
organized electronic communication. It was of significance not
only within the library world, but as an example of the excellence
and relevance that such a publication could have,
to those outside it as well.

It also served a key practical role by inducing publishers to actually
respond to serious complaints, because problems raised in your forum
could not be simply given nonspecific answers, as sometimes used to
happen when asked by individuals.  I think
you have made a permanent difference here, as publishers and libraries
now expect more from each other in terms of communication.
