We have just received the April issue of Industry Week. We now have to
issues with the v. 251, no. 3 1 for March and 1 for April.

v. 250, no. 15 was for Dec. 2001 and January 2002.
v. 251, no. 2 is for February 2002. Is this were the numbering went
wrong? Should this issue be numbered v. 251, no.1?
