I'm glad to hear that you include all serials, so that your service
can be a one stop shopping source for your users.  I've noted that
many haven't done that yet, probably because it is a major project to
get all of them in there.

What can you tell me about General Website?  Do you mean Journal
Webcite at http://www.journalwebcite.com/ ?   If so, I can tell you
why we didn't choose them; they were a distant third for us, but may
be the right answer for others.
