Subject: Wiley InterScience - Response!

I thought those of you who have been having problems with Wiley might find
the following very interesting: Yesterday, I sent a message to Serialst
saying that I, too, was having a problem getting a response from Wiley
InterScience.

First thing this morning I received a phone call from Wiley, which the
representative said was in response to the email I sent to Wiley on Jan.
31.  The representative requested my email address (which, by the way, was
included in my original message to Wiley) so that she could send me the
activation information for the free online access to the Wiley journals to
which we subscribe in print format.  She assured me that, even though the
Feb. 28th activation deadline had passed, Wiley would honor the free
access offer.

I received the email from Wiley with the activation instructions less than
an hour later.
