Though de Gruyter notified us that our online journals access had been
activated, we still can not connect to the  e-journals. These e-journals
are available free with our print subscription.

We have contacted them several times via e-mail indicating that the
journals are still not accessible, but the problem remains  unresolved.
When they have responded, they indicate UNL has access to the
e-journals.
The New York office has also already been called. According to them the
Berlin office normally handles this matter.

Has anyone had this problem with de Gruyter, and if you've been able to
resolve it, how have you done so?
