Good morning,

In the past, our library posted our list of titles for the next year on
an electronic bulletin board for bids on a multi-year contract.  This
was done prior to my arrival and was worded in such a way that only
vendor was acceptable.  This time we will submit RFP to several
vendors.  The traditional list has included journals, newspapers, and
continuations.  Would anyone suggest a format or language to use?  (This
assumes, of course, that our business office changes nothing before they
send it on.)  I've never done this before and can use any help
available.
