Carol Green asked, after my message about the new Spectator publication
pattern was sent, if they really meant to start the new volume in August.
Their new pattern, the editor had said earlier in her response to my query,
calls for volume changes in January, May, and September.

Before anyone starts to set up new publication patterns in your system, let
me contact the editor again and get back to the list with her response.
