Ave. > > Required Education, Experience, Skills > MLS degree from an ALA-accredited library school or equivalent; strong > reading knowledge of Romance languages; excellent verbal and written English > language skills. Two or more years cataloging experience including CONSER > cataloging in a large research library preferred. Thorough knowledge of > cataloging tools, standards, and conventions; mastery in provision of > academic information services through online catalogs as well as knowledge of > trends in serials publishing and related serials management issues. > Open-minded, flexible attitude, and ability to work with others to promote an > effective collaborative and collegial environment; excellent organizational > and interpersonal skills.
