This is a new one--I thought every imaginable way had been tried.   For
these titles, where so many of them do begin IEEE ... or ACM ...   ,
along with a few that don't, it makes a certain limited degree of sense.
I doubt there is a good way.
To my mind, the very worst is by call number, but some of the best
libraries I know do it that way.

A prominent list, good labels on the shelves, and signs on the wall, all
help.
