According to the new AACR2 21.2A2 a), this is a minor change that does
not require a new record. The 245 stays the same, the acronym goes into
a 246.

The April 2003 issue of Healthcare financial management reads hfm on
the cover, title page, and masthead. I assume this is a title change.
Does anyone have any light on the subject?
