Subject:  Link resolvers - Knowledge Base

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the differences in
link resolvers and their respective knowledge bases. Has anyone seen any
research done on comparing link resolver services?  I realize some of
these link resolvers are very new products but it would be helpful to
have some information on how robust certain knowledge bases are at this
point.
Any information on this topic would be helpful.
