Max,

I claimed 43:1 via email with our Ebsco rep. She told me a new
publisher is taking over this title and is still in the process of
transferring the orders. She was asked to submit the claim in
writing to the new pub. I expect you can ask your rep to do the
same.

According to our information, as of 2003 this journal is now
published by Cambridge University PRess. This change may be the
reason many libraries are not receiving their 2003 issues. We
cancelled our membership order and
placed a new subscription with our agent just for the journal.
