We have met the enemy and it is us.  NLM's bibliographic record was closed,
so we may have been the guilty party who closed the record on OCLC.  We at
NLM are currently receiving this serial, too, so I have locked and replaced
the CONSER record on OCLC to reopen the record.  Thanks for reporting this.

The OCLC record for this journal (ISSN 0933-4173) is closed, showing a 362 1
"Ceased with: Vol. 14, no. 6 (2001)." However, Ulrichsweb shows it as
active, and many of the Web catalogs of individual libraries with open
holdings attached to the record show current receipts up to v.16, no. 4  or
no. 5 (2003). I also have database citations to an article in v. 16, no. 3.

Can anyone tell me why this record was closed (at least one library catalog
I checked  shows uninterrupted holdings since v. 14,  no. 6), and can some
CONSER library holding the title correct the record if appropriate?
