We, too, just received these periodicals.  Since this title is published by
the Eastern Communication Association, and we subscribe to other journals
this association publishes, I emailed the publishers to ask if this was a
complimentary subscription.  The publisher quickly replied that there is no
additional charge for this title, but that it is a new title for the
association.
