Hi all,

We're starting to updating our claim periods using our vendors' recommended schedules.  In general, how much time should elapse between the first, second and third claims?  And yes, we are still checking in print issues, although I'm thinking of a potential pilot project to see how eliminating check-in would impact our service.  I've been known to send shivers of terror through the unit when I mention not claiming journals...
